1. Purpose
SMS Node is committed to preventing spam, abusive messaging, fraudulent activity, and unlawful communications on its platform. By using SMS Node, you agree to comply with this policy.
2. Nature of the Platform
SMS Node provides only software infrastructure and Android SMS routing tools. We do not provide numbers or SIM cards.
Customers remain fully responsible for all messaging activities performed through their connected Android devices and SIM cards.
3. Prohibited Activities
Spam Messaging
Unsolicited SMS, bulk messages without consent, unwanted promotional communications.
Fraudulent Activity
Phishing, scams, deceptive marketing, fake offers, financial fraud.
Illegal Content
Unlawful advertising, malware, harassment, abusive communications.
Network Abuse
Bypassing carrier restrictions, SIM farming abuse, disrupting networks.
4. Consent Requirements
Customers must obtain valid, freely given, informed, specific, and revocable consent before sending marketing SMS. Purchased or scraped lists are strictly prohibited.
7. Monitoring and Enforcement
SMS Node reserves the right to monitor abuse indicators, investigate complaints, and suspend suspicious accounts without notice.
9. Account Suspension
Termination due to abuse or policy violations will not be eligible for refunds.
